- Place Customer’s interests before our own;
- Preserve and maintain privacy and confidentiality of information communicated/exchanged in between within the ambit of our responsibilities;
- Refuse to participate in any business relationship or accept any gift that could reasonably be expected to affect independence, objectivity or loyalty to the client;
- Use reasonable care and prudent judgment when managing and conducting client’s affairs;
- Deal transparently, fairly and objectively with the clients when providing information, forming opinion, making recommendations or taking action;
- Have a reasonable and adequate basis for decisions of client’s affairs and act only after undertaking due diligence to ensure that there is a sufficient knowledge about client’s business & industry;
- Employ appropriate & adequate human and technological resources to thoroughly analyze, implement and monitor customer’s affairs delivering performance;
- Ensure that performance is transparent, fair, accurate, relevant, timely and complete. It must not misrepresent the performance of client’s affairs;
- Provide adequate disclosures to the clients on an ongoing and timely basis
- Ensure that disclosures are prominent, truthful, accurate, complete and understandable and are presented in a format that communicates the information effectively
- Maximize client’s value by assuring of best execution at all times for all clients indifferently and independently;
